Our top priorities are preserving the environment, public health, safety, and security. We pledge to prevent all accidents, illnesses related to the workplace, and environmental damage in our HSSE Policy. In order to achieve technical, organizational, and behavior-based safety, we consequently continuously optimize all of the operations of our subsidiaries and foster a proactive safety culture. The Sustainable Development Policy has been adopted by the Company and is being followed. It outlines the company’s goals, duties, and guiding principles for sustainable development as well as methods for communicating with stakeholders and reporting requirements. Labor Standards
Our legally binding Code of Conduct lays out compliance with International Labor Organization (ILO) standards. Additionally, we decide that compensation will be set exclusively by means of qualifications, performance, and other aspects of the job, like experience, skill, and responsibility.
